STAUF ACS-210 True-Seal is a pure acrylic based sealer for professional flooring installation. ACS-210 is uniquely developed to retard the moisture pressure from a humid subfloor to an acceptable level for flooring installation and to bridge minor cracks in the subfloor. ACS-210 creates a dust free and evenly absorbent surface ready for installation of flooring.

Approved Trowels and Spread Rate:
- Sealer: XBL10 Trowel (7/64″x5/64″), up to 80 square feet per gallon
- Primer: Foam or Short Nap Roller, up to 500 square feet per gallon
Shelf Life: One year from date of manufacture in original, unopened container
