US Cement Based Self-leveling Compound is suitable on cement and gypsum based substrates. Designed for fast leveling in interior and exterior areas. US can be installed above 1/8″ up to 3″.
Features:
- Self leveling
- Frost resistant, interior and exterior use
- Fast setting time – approximately 24 hours for 1/4″ thickness and 48 hours for 3/8″ thickness
- EMICODE EC 1Plus: very low emission
Applications:
US is suitable for filling, smoothing and leveling of substrates under:
- Flexible coverings
- Wood floor, layer-thickness above 1/4″ (interior only)
- Ceramic tiles
US is suitable on:
- Concrete, cement substrates
- Rapid drying cement screed systems
- Gypsum substrates
- OSB board, plywood (well screwed or bonded) prior to install flexible coverings
- Old substrates such as ceramic tiles and terrazzo
- Old water-resistant adhesive residues
Coverage: Approx. 55-65 square feet per unit at thickness of 1/8″
Open Time: Approx. 40 minutes at 68 degrees F
Shelf Life: One year in unopened bag
