The Q-Boss indoor low profile post features our ultra low-profile base giving this stanchion a stlish European look. With a leading edge of only 3/8″ and an overall height of just 3/4″ the low-profile base is designed to minimize trip hazard. This is ideal for high traffic locations and where child and wheelchair access must be accommodated. The base also features our unique full coverage floor protector that saves expensive flooring from scuff damage.

Outdoor Version
Q-Boss outdoor version is designed for use in harsh outdoor environments and was developed for use on the deck of cruise ships. Typical outdoor stanchions have a powder coated cast iron base but Q-Boss outdoor version base is milled from a solid block of stainless steel making it impervious to rust even after years of use. In addition, the post and connection bolt are also made of stainless so there is nothing to rust. The base has an ultra low-profile design making this outdoor stanchion ideal for high traffic locations and where town ordinances require minimum trip hazard.
