Description
Beautiful, artistic, and difficult puzzle featuring items associated with Maine.
“Ya can’t get theah from heah” might be words said by a Mainer as he tried to solve this brain teaser. 30 pieces, the most number of pieces in any of our picture frame puzzles, must be inserted into the frame.
There will be a variety of different woods (at least 4) in each puzzle and woods will very between each puzzle. All woods are 1/4″ thick. There is also a white acrylic snowflake and a blue acrylic breaking wave.
The black bear was made from black stained maple. The Pine tree was made from green stained maple.
As a native Mainiac, David Janelle of Creative Crafthouse, put a lot of care into this one. We have the state bird (black cap chickadee) and the unofficial state bird, the mosquito. Look for lobster, black bear, salmon, sardine, Moxie can, deer Tic, Seagull, skier, mittens, snow shovel, LL bean boot, Lighthouse, Sailboat, Mountain, clam, loon, skates, blueberries, pine tree, and state map.
Measures about 7″ square in the frame. Cover made from ash.
Hope you have some fun with it. Designed and made in Hudson, FL woodshop. Original artwork by Anjali Rami.
