The Barricade Extreme HD Rear Tire Carrier features a smooth operating handle and swing arm assembly for easy access to your cargo without compromising the hinges of your factory tailgate. Featuring heavy-duty construction, this Tire Carrier can securely carry the beefiest of spare tires. With its adjustable mounting positions, this Tire Carrier, when combined with the separately-sold Extreme HD Bumper, can accommodate oversized tires up to 37 inches in size.
Heavy Duty Construction. Barricade Off-Road manufactures its Extreme HD Rear Tire Carrier to precise specifications from .1875-inch thick mild steel plating for superior strength and rigidity. Barricade then completes the Tire Carrier in a 2-stage finish using epoxy pre-coating and high-grade, textured black powder coating for long lasting durability.
Bolt-on Installation. Barricade designed its Extreme HD Rear Tire Carrier to be a direct bolt-on upgrade for its popular Extreme HD Rear Bumper, which is available here. As a direct fit upgrade, this Barricade Tire Carrier simply mounts to the matching bumper with no additional cutting, welding, or fabrication required. This Tire Carrier even includes grade 8 hardware for installation.
Application. This Barricade Off-Road Extreme HD Rear Tire Carrier is designed for use on all 2007-2018 Jeep Wrangler JK and JK Unlimited models equipped with a Barricade Extreme HD Rear Bumper (item J103686). Tire Carrier and bumper are sold separately.
