Azalea Lane Urethane Wood Flooring Adhesive is a high-performance, low-VOC, single-component, moisture-cured urethane adhesive designed for easy workability. This non-slumping formula provides superior strength for the installation of engineered and solid wood, parquet, and bamboo flooring (please read technical data sheet for full details).

Limitations:
- Moisture Vapor Emission Rate (MVER) of no more than 3 lbs. per 1,000 sq. ft. per 24 hours is allowed per ASTM F1869.
- Concrete slabs with MVER higher than 3 lbs. per 1,000 sq. ft. per 24 hours should be treater with a moisture vapor barrier product.
- Below-grade installation are limited to engineered hardwood flooring.
Trowels and Coverage (flooring approved for glue-down installations):
- Engineered wood flooring equal or less than 1/2″ thick: 3/16″ x 5/32″ Saw tooth trowel – approx. 45-55 sqft/gal.
- Finger Block Parquet: 1/8″ x 1/8″ x 1/8″ trowel – approx. 70-80 sqft/gal.
- Wood flooring greater than 1/2″ thick: 1/4″ x 1/4″ x 1/4″ trowel – approx 30-40 sqft/gal
Working Time: 60 mins at 70°F and 45% RH
Cure Time: Allow to cure for 24 hours before foot traffic, and 48 hours before moving heavy furniture.
Shelf Life: 12 months from date of manufacture in original, unopened container.
