A peaceful 292 piece wooden jigsaw puzzle of Hieronymus Bosch’s Adoration of the Magi, showing the Three Kings gathered around the Virgin Mary and baby Jesus.
This is from our Ecru line with a lovely, soft, matte image.
This puzzle is average in difficulty, and has a decorative irregular edge, earlet connectors and nativity-scene whimsies that complement the story of Jesus’ birth. Puzzle design by Marcelle Jay Iremedio.
The irregular edge is NOT shown on the box picture!
Painted around 1475, the Metropolitan Museum of Art notes, “The stagelike setting, with a curtain held aloft by angels, may indicate the influence of religious plays performed in Bosch’s hometown of ’s-Hertogenbosch.”
