Capitol AC17 is a latex-based, carpet seam sealer specially formulated to prevent edge raveling and seal seams of most residential carpet. AC17 dries quickly and produces a permanent bond that stays flexible. Use for seaming carpet, carpet edging, sealing fabric seams and laminating fabric.
